2011 Jeep Wrangler Offers Off-Road Capability, Improved Interior

Seattle Jeep Service invites you to treat yourself in 2011 with a brand new Jeep Wrangler.
Offered in three models – the Sport, the Sahara and the Rubicon – the Jeep Wrangler is renowned for its off-road capabilities.

Enthusiasts will go nuts for the 2011 Wrangler’s features, with high ground clearance and short and front rear overhangs that allow the Jeep to conquer steep inclines and other off-road obstacles. Three skid plates protect the underbody from damage.

Underneath the hood, all models are powered by a 3.8-liter V-6 engine producing 202 horsepower and 237 lb.-ft. of torque, backed by a standard six-speed manual gearbox or an available four-speed automatic transmission.

The classic capability of the original Wrangler is combined with an all new interior in the 2011 model, bringing drivers a more comfortable experience no matter how rough the road ahead.

A redesigned instrument panel is the highlight of the all new interior, as well as new storage areas and upgraded materials. An easy to reach and lockable center console acts as a central resting point that is easy to operate.

The climate of the new interior will always be comfortable for the driver, with heated seats and heated power mirrors and automatic temperature control.

Controls located directly on the steering wheel allow the driver to easily operate the radio, cruise control, hands free phone and other functions. The 2011 Wrangler also features a new USB-capable interface that connects the driver’s Media Center to most mp3 players and storage devices.

Plenty about the 2011 Wrangler remains the same, particularly features such as the classic round headlamps, seven-slot grille, trapezoid wheel flares and exposed hinges. Sticking with the traditional design, the 2011 Wrangler also includes signature features like hard and soft tops, a fold-down windshield, and available full-framed or half doors.

Keeping safety at the forefront, the Wrangler features standard Electronic Stability Control (ESC), Electronic Roll Mitigation and tire pressure monitoring. Brake-Assist and hill-start assist prevent roll back on inclines, and the available Trailer-sway Control engages ESC if the trailer travels outside of intended parameters.

New colors have even been added to the Wrangler’s resume. Drivers have the option of Detonator Yellow, Deep Cherry Red, Sahara Tan, Cosmos Blue and Bright White to coat their Wrangler.
